IMPERIAL COUNTY ASSESSMENT APPEALS

FILING PERIOD FOR THE 2009 YEAR

The Clerk for the Imperial County Board of Equalization has certified the assessment appeals filing period pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 1603.

The filing period for Regular Assessment Appeals will begin on July 2, 2009 and will end at 5:00 p.m. November 30, 2009.

The Filing Period for Supplemental Tax Notices, Roll Change/Escape Assessments is 60 days from the date of the Assessment Tax Notice.

Faxed applications will NOT be accepted. Applications will be considered as filed timely if postmarked by the November 30, 2009 deadline.
